Leaving the house to socialise
Individuals were asked three questions about leaving the house, both before receiving the Cadwyn Môn
programme, and then again in the weeks following completion.
The Satisfaction with Life Scale (Diener et al.,1985) assessed well-being of individuals both before and after the
befriending service.
